A holiday, a trip, even just a weekend, are the vital breath of fresh air which regenerates us after a long period of hard work. But we all have different passions and interests so a trip can’t be the same for everyone; as far as possible a holiday has to be made to measure. A bit like a tailored suit, it has to fit perfectly and make you feel good, adapt itself to every movement, move with our times, our desires and, above all, our emotions. Before I lived in Sardinia I loved travelling a lot, and I liked doing it on my own to immerse myself, in my own way, in the everyday life of the place I was visiting, trying to avoid missing out on anything. As a sole traveller I’ve always been able to experience intense and interesting trips but a lot of the time I’ve felt that there was one important detail missing: information on and knowledge of the place which only the inhabitants who love it can express.

It’s not easy to find the right people, just like it isn’t easy to find the place which will most move you, where you can have the right experiences. When I moved to the island I was able to take all the time I needed to get to know it carefully and in detail, because Sardinia is big and you need a lot of time and a lot of love to really get to know it in its infinite varieties of panoramas, history, culture, traditions, tastes, smells, sounds…. This journey of mine became a life choice and a job. A job which brought me into contact with travellers to show them the land I love and to enrich their holiday with that important detail which I’ve always looked for everywhere and which I consider to be fundamental.

I know perfectly well that accompanying you on a trip means sharing your free time, the most precious thing there is and which deserves to be lived intensely. To do this, it’s important that the itinerary is chosen together with you, listening to your wishes, giving you the opportunity to change the routes as you immerse yourself in the holiday, because it’s only by living a place that you can catch its essence and feel what most moves you, what it really does for you, what kinds of places and experiences will allow you to take wonderful memories back home with you. Emotions are a precious and rare thing which deserve attention and time, all the time you need; they can’t be left to chance. The offer I want to make to you? Tell me what you like, what you’re looking for, what you dream of, leave all the thinking and organisation to me and enjoy the trip: you are on holiday in Sardinia, let yourself be pampered!

This article really highlights the personalized approach that makes travel so rewarding. I especially appreciate the emphasis on creating experiences tailored to individual preferences, rather than just ticking off tourist hotspots. It’s a great reminder that the best trips are the ones that reflect who *you* are.
